Scribble Inspired Ceramics!

We have been very excited to work with ceramic artist Taz Pollard this half-term.

Inspired by our topic ‘Scribble’, graffiti and historical artists such as Jackson Pollock, we have been creating ceramic structures. First we used different materials to splat colours onto large pieces of clay. After letting them dry, we cut the pieces to make them into structures!

After they are fired, we will add other colours and details using glaze.

We splatted paint because we learnt about Jackson Pollock.
